I was very excited when fellow dental hygiene classmate Monica called me to tell me she was engaged and getting married!  I was even more thrilled when she asked me to photograph her wedding :D  We had a great time during Greg and Monica’s engagement session, so I knew the wedding would be something to remember!  Carrie and I made the drip down south on a very beautiful August day.  Thank you Greg and Monica for allowing us to capture your very special day!

The blog has been quite for a few weeks.  I’ve been so busy with no extra time to sit down and blog.  Well I’m back to showcase a fabulous wedding Shena and I shot on a hot July day.  This cathedral had no air condition but it’s beauty made up for it.  We followed this crazy group around and captured some fun and fantastic moments.  Congrats you guys and best of luck in the future!

Sarah and Justin are no strangers here on the blog.  Late last year  I showed off some of their engagement pictures.  Now I’m happy to share a glimpse into their beautiful wedding which was held over the 4th of July weekend.  I bet I’ve said this before, but they are such a perfect match for each other!  Congrats you guys and best of luck in the future :D

This year I have been blessed in so many ways.  My business is booming, I’ve meet some incredible people, and have shot some awesome weddings so far.  Anthony and Morgan’s wedding is no exception!  These high school sweethearts made it official a few weeks ago and I was honored to document it for them.  While I have way too many favorite shots from the day, here is just a glimpse.  Congrats and welcome to the family Morgan!

I was honored when Jenny asked me to be the photographer for her wedding.  Jenny has recently started portfolio building to soon start her own photography business so  it’s safe to say she knows a thing or two about the industry.  She had her pick of area photographers and it means a lot she choose me.  It was a beautiful day and with all the hard work and planning Jenny did for her big day, it went off without a hitch.  Congras to both you and Scott and enjoy this small tease of more to come.

Amy and I had to travel a few hours for this celebration but it was well worth it!  It’s always exciting to see two people truly in love make the trip down the aisle.  From what Joel and Laura told us, they had quite a whirlwind romance…meeting in October, engaged by New Years, and now married in May.  When it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be.  Here is just a glimpse into the Provenzano wedding.  Congrats you guys and good luck with the move later this year.

Congrats guys!

May 8th marked the start of my 2010 wedding season–and what a way to kick it off!  Carrie and I had the please of following Wayne and Robin around on their special day.  This fun group braved the strong winds and a few sprinkles but it was so worth it!  Here is a sneak peek with more to come!  Make sure to leave a comment or two for the newlyweds.  Congrats guys, looks like you guys had an amazing time on your honeymoon!

I had the great honor and privilege of second shooting with one of Toledo’s finest photographers Jennifer Mott. This was a very different wedding than I had shot before and it will stand out for a long time. The bride had grown up on the theater stage and wanted incorporate that in to her wedding. So that is where they got married–on stage. They even had some skits and songs during the ceremony! Amazing. Even though was her matron of honor had been deployed to Iraq, that didn’t stop them! They left a seat open for her on stage, she saw the entire wedding and even gave the traditional matron of hour toast via satellite. There was not a dry eye in the reception hall that night. Thank you Jennifer for thinking of me and I hope to work with you again!

Everyone was seated and waiting for the ceremony to begin and one of the skits they performed.

I was asked by the uberly talented Cindy Dover of Cindy Dover Photography to assist her with a wedding over labor day weekend.  Apparently she has seen Cassie grow up into this beautiful young lady.  What a blessing to see two people deeply in love and totally meant for each other.  Cindy and I got very camera happy with this lovely couple.  Congrats to the new Mr. and Mrs. Michaels!!

I love all the small details you can find at weddings
